5.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account automatically.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus funds must be completed.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

6.2 Other Promotions

bdjl bad regularly offers various promotional offers, including a weekly reload reward (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000), a slots festival bonus (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000) and a weekend cricket betting bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000). Each offer carries its own wagering requirements.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotional offer may be claimed only once, unless the terms of that specific offer state otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to specific limits on bet amount, game and odds.
• Artificially placing bets with the intent to exploit bonuses will result in account closure.
• bdjl bad reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• Cashback and additional benefits for VIP members are governed by the separate VIP programme terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware or other technical means.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game or betting engine to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Using third-party software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Deliberately placing opposing bets to circumvent promotional terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds or for an incorrect amount due to a technical error, bdjl bad reserves the right to cancel that bet.

8.2 Results and Disputes

The results of sporting events are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body. Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with the support team within the specified time frame.

8.3 System Errors

Winnings or odds displayed incorrectly due to server errors, network issues or game software faults are not valid. In such situations, bdjl bad reserves the right to take appropriate corrective action.

8.4 Account Limits

bdjl bad may, at its own discretion, set deposit, bet or win limits for any account. This is generally done as part of managing unusual betting activity or risk.

9.1 Closure by User

Any member may close their account at any time. Withdrawable funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before account closure. Bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by Platform

bdjl bad may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Long-term inactive account (after a specified notice period).

In the event of account closure, any withdrawable balance (where no breach of bonus terms has occurred) will be returned.

bdjl bad makes every effort to ensure maximum uninterrupted service, but liability is limited for the following:

• Issues arising from loss of internet connection or third-party service outages.
• Natural disasters, political unrest or events beyond the platform's control.
• Damage caused by problems with the user's own device or software conflicts.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or deliberate errors.

Under no circumstances will bdjl bad's total liability exceed the actual deposit amount received from the user during the relevant period.
